Overview:
Strong Individual contributor with proven people manager experience who would be responsible for annual gross price (list price) for Netherlands in BNL International Market. The role demands investigating pricing disputes of BENELUX, arrive at resolution to pricing disputes by conducting RCA interacting with various stakeholder groups and ensure positive contribution to BNL's P&L Responsibilities:

• Accountable and Responsible for pricing and disputes for Netherlands
• Compare pricing disputes with pricing conditions set up in SAP ECC.
• Validate the pricing disputes and arriving at RCA.
• Collaborate with stakeholder groups across GCC and BU.
• Work towards quick resolution of Pricing disputes.
• Reporting and analytics around pricing disputes.
• Reporting and analytics around pricing disputes and impact on P&L.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree (preferred).
• Knowledge of working on SAP ECC (preferred).
• Thorough working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Leadership skills
• Stakeholder management.
• Good communication skills.
