Processing sales orders received through various channels (email, phone, online), verifying pricing and discounts, and ensuring accurate order details.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintaining and updating customer records, including contact information, purchase history, and account status. Managing customer data in Tally and other CRM systems.
Sales Reporting:
Generating sales reports, analyzing sales data, and providing insights to the sales team and management. Utilizing Tally for generating sales reports and financial statements.
Inventory Management:
Working with inventory data in Tally to track stock levels, manage product availability, and coordinate with the warehouse for timely deliveries.
Financial Transactions:
Recording sales transactions, generating invoices, managing payments, and reconciling accounts in Tally.
Communication and Coordination:
Liaising with customers, sales representatives, and other departments (e.g., logistics, accounts) to ensure smooth sales operations and timely delivery of products.
Tally Proficiency:
Proficiency in Tally ERP for managing sales entries, purchase entries, and other records.
General Administrative Support:
Providing general administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing sales presentations.
Compliance and Policies:
Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures related to sales transactions and customer interactions.
Sales Targets and Goals:
May be involved in setting sales targets, tracking performance against those targets, and providing feedback to the sales team.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Qualification
a Bachelor's degree in B.COM, BAF & BMS or a related field.
