Sales & Admin Executive
to handle sales-related phone calls, administrative responsibilities, and daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Communication
Make outgoing sales calls and handle incoming customer calls professionally
Follow up with leads, inquiries, and existing clients
Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and sales activities
Administrative Support
Manage and monitor the Director's email mailbox promptly and professionally
Draft, respond to, and forward emails as required
Maintain office files, records, and basic documentation
Office Operations
Handle day-to-day office administration and coordination
Ensure basic cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the office
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Work hours:
09:30 am - 06:00 pm (including one hour break)
