Ensure that all monthly, quarterly, and pending incentives are cleared
Fulfill MRs' requirements such as bags, visual aids, reminder cards, workbooks, ID cards, visiting cards, pocket diaries, order pads, etc
Ensure the stock status is shared with state heads by the 20th of each month
Ensure distribution of gifts as per the announced schemes
Samples should be provided to field staff every month. If samples are unavailable, near-expiry goods may be issued as samples
Daily monitoring of their work activities such as joint fieldwork, day planning, morning selfies, and starting times
Ask the team for their Target vs Achievement
Ensure no missed calls, 100% coverage of the 180-doctor list, timely CRM activities, POB generation, and proper tracking of primary, secondary, and closing stock
Instruct them to complete the closing based on the available stock at the depo
Ask for the doctor list for distribution
Instruct them to report sales generated from the distributed samples
Ensure all miscellaneous pending tasks are addressed. The concerned department has already been informed
Provide HR with the list of vacant headquarters and coordinate with managers to ensure they are filled promptly
Follow up on CRM activities.
Ensure visit-wise inputs are received by all field staff and that the planned activities are executed accordingly
Follow up with managers regarding LPTs (Low Performance Territories) and request a plan for improvement
Ensure implementation of the PMT marketing plan with the field staff
Ensure half-month closing is done and sales projections are submitted
