Provide administrative support to the sales team
Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and proforma invoices
Maintain customer records, sales data, and MIS reports
Coordinate with accounts, dispatch, logistics, and warehouse teams
Handle customer calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
Track order status and share delivery updates with customers
Assist in payment follow-ups and basic sales reporting
Update data in CRM / ERP systems
Maintain proper documentation and filing of sales records
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
