Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Sales Support & Coordination

Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts as per company policies. Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely delivery coordination. Maintain and update customer records, price lists, and sales databases (CRM/ERP). Liaise with logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure order fulfillment and invoicing accuracy. Track and follow up on pending quotations, orders, and payments.

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review. Monitor sales performance metrics and assist in forecasting and pipeline reporting. Ensure all documentation (purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes) is properly filed and maintained.

Qualification and Skill Required



Bachelors and Master's Degree Required in Sales and Marketing. Freshers and Experience Person Can Apply. Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Required. Good in Persuasion. Ability to work Collaboratively and Alone also.

Customer Centric View Strong analytical and Reporting. Punctual Detailed Oriented.
