Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and references.
Drive
account opening
targets by converting leads into active clients.
Cross-sell a range of financial and investment products (Mutual Funds, Demat, Equity, Insurance, etc.).
Maintain strong follow-ups and build long-term client relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with high energy and persistence.
Keep updated with market trends and product knowledge to effectively pitch offerings.
Requirements:
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to work in a performance-driven environment.
Ability to handle rejections positively and maintain consistent productivity.
Graduate (any stream); finance background will be an added advantage.
