Job Description

CHANGE Networks Pvt. Ltd., a leading multinational IT & networking hardware company, is seeking a highly experienced Sales Account Manager - Channel Sales with 10+ years in sales and minimum of 5+ years in IT networking hardware sales. The candidate must have strong local IT & networking industry knowledge, channel connections, and expertise in selling products like switches, Wi-Fi, routers, SFPs, and IT infrastructure.

If you have a strong technical understanding of networking products, proven channel sales growth, and experience in managing distributors, dealers, and partners, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, develop, and grow channel partners, distributors, resellers. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for networking and IT hardware products. Drive sales for IT hardware and networking equipment. Conduct product training, demos, and partner enablement programs. Create and execute sales strategies, business development plans, and channel expansion. Maintain strong partner relationships, negotiate pricing, and close high-value deals. Identify new market opportunities in networking, enterprise IT, and infrastructure solutions.

Requirements:

10+ years of total sales experience, with 5+ years in IT networking / hardware sales. Strong network of IT channel partners: distributors, dealers, and system integrators. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven track record in B2B channel sales, IT hardware selling, and territory management. Minimum Graduate degree; candidates with IT / Computer / Electronics background preferred. Must be target-driven, proactive, and a go-getter with strong market awareness.

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
