About the role

Network (Client Acquisition & Sales Team, Market Research)

Roles & Responsibilities:




Identify and map out key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations (Brands and consulting firms), including relevant CXOs. Reaching out to relevant clients connects to showcase the research products and services of 1Lattice. Identify industry trends, potential clients, and competitive landscape. Responsible for ensuring achievement of sales target through new and existing client Plan proposals, approaches, pitches and own all business metrics and growth for the assigned line of business/region Maintain existing relationships and continuously focus on revenue generation from cross-sell opportunities Independently hold client meetings, understand the client needs through effective questioning and active listening, followed by suggesting the relevant solution/service aligned with the client requirements Having and understanding of how the budget are planned for the execution of projects and own P&L Setup weekly 3-4 meetings with potential clients Lead accounts end to end, from coordinating the partner onboarding process to getting deals closed.

Who is a successful applicant




4 to 6 years of experience in B2B sales/consultative sales, MBA preferred Strong understanding of market research/consulting/business intelligence industry is a must Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and close a contract independently Operational understanding of how research is conducted across different industry segments and methodologies Understand the different parameters of quality assurance Existing relationship in mid to large corporates across any/multiple sector Ability to work in a team and enthusiastic about growing the business in a fast-paced start-up environment
