Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Sales Activities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory
Maintain and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and volume targets
Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio
Build strong customer relationships and cross-sell services
Sustain and expand the assigned sales territory
Meet customers face-to-face as per company guidelines
Create and present pricing proposals
Handle account activations
Post-Sales Activities
Monitor competitor activity and market trends
Analyze customers in the assigned geography to identify growth opportunities
Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns on time
Represent the organization professionally in all customer interactions
Administrative Responsibilities
Update daily call activity and customer data in the CRM system
Achieve sales revenue and new business targets
Plan and organize daily and weekly work schedules
Follow established sales processes and provide feedback for improvements
Maintain continuous interaction with external customers
Required Qualifications & Skills
2 to 4 years of sales experience, preferably in the same or similar industry
Fluency in spoken
Gujarati
is mandatory
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer-focused mindset with strong negotiation abilities
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
