We are seeking a motivated and dynamic
Sales and Account Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing key accounts, and ensuring a smooth post-sales experience. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, enhancing client satisfaction, and supporting the growth of our solar business.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
Identify and target potential clients in residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
Generate leads through cold calls, digital channels, and networking.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solar solutions.
Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and process invoices and billing statements accurately and on time.
Maintain proper documentation of financial records, GST working, and acknowledge.
Follow up with clients regarding payments, queries, and other communication.
Oversee general office administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams when required.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure data integrity in all tasks.
Requirements:
Minimum 0.6 month to 1 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Basic knowledge of accounting and billing software/tools.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Tally.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Must reside within 5-8 km of the office location.
Educational qualification: Minimum Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration preferred.
