Job Summary
The Salesman is responsible for assisting customers, selling bakery and confectionery products, maintaining product display, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience while following company standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Service
Greet customers politely and assist them in selecting products
Explain product details such as flavours, ingredients, and prices
Promote new products, offers, and seasonal items
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle basic customer queries
Billing & Cash Handling
Operate the billing counter (cash, UPI, card payments)
Ensure accurate billing and provide bills to customers
Maintain proper cash balance during shifts
Product Handling & Display
Arrange cakes, pastries, and confectionery neatly
Ensure proper storage and temperature control of products
Check product freshness and report damaged or expired items
Store Cleanliness & Hygiene
Maintain cleanliness of the store, counters, and display units
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Wear proper uniform and follow grooming guidelines
Stock Support
Assist in checking stock levels
Inform the Store Manager about low stock or fast-moving items
Help in unloading and arranging new stock.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
