We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented
Sales Officer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, generating new business, and managing customer relationships to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers and distributors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals to clients.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups efficiently.
Collect feedback and suggest improvements in products/services.
Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit limits.
Maintain daily sales reports and submit to the reporting manager.
Work closely with the marketing and logistics teams for smooth operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven sales experience (preferably in [rice industry/FMCG/agriculture sector]).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Strong knowledge of the local market and customer base.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
