1. School & College Outreach
Identify and approach schools, colleges, and educational institutions to promote VTalk Academy's programs
Schedule and conduct meetings with principals, coordinators, and decision-makers
Present demo sessions and explain course benefits, structure, and customization options
2. Lead Generation & Conversion
Generate leads through school visits, events, referrals, and online channels
Follow up with interested institutions and convert leads into long-term partnerships
Maintain a database of prospects, demos conducted, and follow-ups
3. Program Promotion & Branding
Promote VTalk Academy's core offerings:
Spoken English (Cambridge-aligned)
Art & Craft Classes
Experiential Workshops (field trips, traditional crafts, etc.)
Support the creation and distribution of brochures, posters, and digital content
Attend and represent the brand at educational expos, seminars, and community events
4. Client Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with school management and coordinators
Ensure smooth onboarding and communication during program implementation
Gather feedback from institutions and students to improve service quality
5. Reporting & Coordination
Provide regular updates on leads, meetings, conversions, and market insights
Collaborate with trainers, curriculum team, and admin for seamless execution
Track performance against sales targets and suggest improvements
6. Marketing Support (Digital & Offline)
Support basic social media marketing and WhatsApp campaigns
Coordinate with the design/content team for promotional materials
Help organize free demo classes and feedback collection
