Handle B2B, OEM, EPC, Government, and Dealer/Distributor network sales.
Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and pricing evaluations.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation, proposal, negotiation to closing.
Marketing & Branding
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, dealer engagement programs, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Build brand visibility and support digital marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with product and production teams for forecasts, stock planning, and timely order execution.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, project consultants, and government bodies.
Understand customer requirements and provide customized product solutions.
Handle customer complaints, quality concerns, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales & marketing team to drive performance.
Monitor sales metrics, prepare MIS reports, and present performance updates to management.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of Iron & Steel products, grades, and industry applications.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical, planning & forecasting abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and sales reporting.
Ability to travel frequently for client visits and market expansion.
