2. Salary Package

Experienced Salary: ₹22,000.00 + ?3,000.00 for T.A Allowance per month + Incentive

Basic Salary: ₹15,000.00 + ?3,000.00 for T.A Allowance per month + Incentive

2. Qualifications

Degree / Diploma in marketing or related field 2 - 5 years of Sales and Marketing experience Must have a two-wheeler & Driving Licence Knowledge of Interior materials, textures, and architectural design trends. Strong analytical, communication, time-management, and creativity skills Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take the initiative with experience Knowledge of taking measurements The ideal candidate will be a creative speech and analytical thinker. They can conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy to reach the target audience effectively. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process and work to critique and improve its outcomes.

3. Responsibilities

Identify target audiences, objectives, and desired outcomes of the Field marketing campaign Daily updation to Marketing Head Customer Leads and

monthly Interior work target closing Site visit and closing Sales Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends Manage and allocate under your project from start to end. Measuring and reporting on marketing results: This includes tracking website traffic, leads generated, and sales generated Collaborating with other departments: This includes working with sales, design, and production teams to ensure that marketing activities are aligned with the company's overall goals. Developing and executing marketing plans: This includes identifying target markets, developing marketing messages, and creating and executing marketing campaigns. Managing the marketing budget: This includes tracking spending, ensuring that marketing activities are aligned with the company's goals, and making adjustments as needed. Creating and managing marketing materials: This includes developing website content, creating brochures and flyers, and managing social media accounts. Overseeing marketing research: This includes conducting market research, analyzing data, and developing insights that can be used to improve marketing campaigns
