Role Overview

We are seeking highly driven Sales Executives with strong communication skills and prior experience in international voice sales. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their financial situations, and offering suitable debt settlement solutions. Key Responsibilities

Handle outbound and inbound international sales calls for debt settlement services. Understand customer needs and provide tailored debt relief solutions. Build trust and rapport to guide customers through the debt settlement process. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up records in the CRM. Ensure compliance with company policies and international regulations.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice sales process (mandatory).

Excellent verbal communication, persuasion skills, and strong logical reasoning.

Age:

Below 35 years.

Education:

Graduate or Undergraduate. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. No language or mother-tongue restrictions.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary:

Up to ₹45,000 CTC

Incentives:

Uncapped, performance-based incentives

Transport:

Both-side cab within a 30 km radius

OR

Cab allowance of ?3,000 - ?4,000 (depending on distance)

Working Days:

5.5 days per week

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
