Identify and develop new business opportunities in target industries.
Generate leads through
regular plant-level / office / works visits
and customer meetings.
Visit operational plants for requirement analysis, product presentation & demo support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, consultants, and end users.
Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals.
Close sales deals and follow up on collections.
Coordinate with technical, service, and dispatch teams.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Handle post-sales support coordination and customer queries.
Required Skills:
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Good understanding of industrial valves and electrical actuators.
Ability to explain technical solutions to plant engineers.
Willingness to travel extensively and visit industrial plants regularly.
Basic ability to read drawings and understand specifications.
Qualification:
Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechanical.
Candidates with previous experience in industrial automation sales will be preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ?2.5 LPA - ?3 LPA
Incentive + Commission on closing deals
TA/DA and mobile allowance as per company policy
