Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals
Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective and existing clients
Understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of clients
Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and sales pipeline
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on closing deals
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
Willingness to meet clients and travel as required
