We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to handle site visits, explain flat configurations and pricing to prospective buyers, and build strong relationships with local real estate agents to drive sales in existing residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Site Visits
Attend walk-in customers and schedule site visits for prospective buyers
Explain project details including flat layouts, specifications, amenities, pricing, payment schedules, and legal aspects
Showcase ready-to-move-in and under-construction flats professionally
Address customer queries and follow up regularly to close sales
Channel Partner / Agent Coordination
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local real estate agents and brokers
Conduct regular meetings with channel partners to update them on availability, pricing, and offers
Track leads generated through agents and ensure timely follow-ups
Coordinate brokerage agreements and ensure smooth deal closures
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain proper records of enquiries, site visits, and bookings
Update customer data in CRM or sales registers
Assist customers with booking process, documentation, and coordination with CRM / legal teams
Market Intelligence
Gather feedback from customers and agents on pricing, competition, and market trends
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage)
Experience in real estate sales is preferred
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to interact confidently with customers and brokers
Basic knowledge of property documentation and sales process
Proficiency in local language(s) and English
Willingness to travel to project sites
