Position Overview

We are seeking Sales Executives who are passionate about customer service and retail excellence. The role involves assisting customers in selecting jewellery, building relationships, and achieving showroom sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers with jewellery selection.

Provide product knowledge on gold, silver, diamond, and other ornaments.

Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Handle billing, orders, and exchanges efficiently.

Maintain showroom display standards and stock management.

Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth showroom operations.

Requirements

Educational Qualification: Minimum Higher Secondary / Diploma / Graduate.

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome (jewellery/retail background preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-oriented with a pleasant personality.
