Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for TMT Bars.
Generate new business opportunities through dealers, distributors, and direct customers.
Develop and expand customer base in the assigned territory.
Identify and pursue business with builders, contractors, architects, and infrastructure companies.
Market & Dealer Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and distributors.
Appoint new dealers/distributors in potential markets.
Ensure regular follow-ups with channel partners for order generation and collections.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and MIS to management.
Gather feedback from customers and recommend strategies for product positioning.
Customer Service & Collection
Ensure on-time delivery and resolve customer complaints.
Follow up for timely payments and credit control.
Provide technical guidance regarding product quality and usage, if required.
