Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Identify and generate leads through various channels. Contact potential customers and understand their loan requirements. Explain loan products and eligibility criteria to clients. Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan processing. Collect and verify necessary documents from customers. Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals. Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to management.

Requirements



Experience

: 7-10 years in loan sales (Business Loans, LAP, Home Loans, or Personal Loans) and From Similar Banks and NBFC

Education

: Graduate (Finance/Marketing preferred).

Skills

: Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Knowledge

: Understanding of loan products, documentation, and banking processes.

Other

: Doing business on self level
