Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings
Understand client requirements and pitch suitable products/services
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Handle end-to-end sales process: lead generation, follow-ups, demos, closing deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain sales reports, CRM updates, and daily activity logs
Collaborate with the marketing and operations team for smoother conversions
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum
1 year of experience
as a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Good understanding of sales strategies and lead-generation methods
Experience in IT sales (preferred but not mandatory)
Basic knowledge of CRM tools will be an added advantage
