Synwood in Mumbai deals primarily in PVC interior/exterior products (wall panels, ceilings, modular kitchens) for home/office decor but local deals focus on home decor materials like wood-look panels for modern interiors, with suppliers in Borivali West and other areas offering solutions for renovations and commercial spaces.

Role Overview:


We're seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to expand our client base, drive revenue, and contribute to our company's growth by connecting with prospects, understanding their needs, and delivering compelling solutions.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation:

Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and industry events.

Client Engagement:

Build rapport with potential and existing clients, understand their challenges, and present tailored solutions.

Presentations & Demos:

Deliver persuasive product/service demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.

Negotiation & Closing:

Skillfully negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and achieve sales targets.

Account Management:

Nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

CRM Management:

Maintain accurate records and track sales activities in the CRM system.

Market Awareness:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Collaboration:

Work with marketing and other teams to align strategies and enhance the customer journey.

Requirements & Skills:



Proven experience in sales or a similar client-facing role. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of sales techniques and market dynamics. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus. Passion for sales and a customer-focused mindset.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
