We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a strong desire to grow in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential clients through cold calling, site visits, and networking
Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales
Schedule and conduct property site visits
Provide detailed information about projects, pricing, payment plans, and amenities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Meet monthly sales targets and generate regular reports
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and events
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of the real estate market
Strong negotiation and convincing ability
Goal-driven and self-motivated
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (basic level)
Own vehicle preferred (with valid driving license)
Educational Qualification
Minimum HSC (12th pass); Graduate in any stream preferred
MBA in Marketing / Finance
Freshers are welcome; experience in real estate or direct sales is a plus
