Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and maintain regular communication
Coordinate orders from receipt to dispatch
Manage logistics coordination and follow up with transporters
Make customer calls for order updates, payment follow-ups, and recovery
Draft emails, quotations, and other correspondence
Maintain sales records and update order tracking sheets
Support in generating new business leads and any other back office work
