Roles and Responsibilities

? o Identify, qualify, and convert leads into sales for training programs and cybersecurity services

? o Conduct follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings

? o Manage CRM and track all customer interactions and pipelines

? o Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions/training packages

? o Work closely with the marketing and operations teams for promotions and campaign follow-ups

? o Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

? o Participate in webinars, events, or seminars as a representative of Webasha

? o Provide feedback to the management on market trends and competitor analysis

Key Skills Required

? o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

? o Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills

? o Ability to understand technical IT concepts and explain them clearly to clients

? o Proficiency in CRM tools (or willingness to learn)

? o Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

? o Bachelor's degree in any stream (Science/IT/Engineering preferred)

? o Sales experience in the education, edtech, or IT training domain is a plus

? o Knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud computing, or Red Hat/Linux training is a bonus
