Job Title: Sales Executive



Responsibilities: -



Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals. Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities. Conduct site visits and property showings for prospective clients. Present, promote, and sell real estate projects to clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities. Maintain proper records of inquiries, client interactions, and sales reports.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and persuasion ability. Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented. Good presentation and convincing skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). 5+ years of experience in real estate sales or similar sales roles. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Fluency in English, Hindi, and [local language, e.g., Marathi] preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
