Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Promote and sell Import Export Training Programs to individuals and businesses. Approach and generate leads from businesses interested in expanding into export markets. Handle all incoming enquiries through phone, email, and digital platforms. Nurture leads and convert prospects into sales through effective communication and follow-ups. Provide after-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer interaction and sales data. Prepare and manage sales reports and performance analysis using MIS tools. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth training delivery and client service. Understand customer needs and offer customized program solutions. Build long-term relationships with clients and contribute to client retention strategies.
