We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at a luxury retail brand. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury products, exceptional sales skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, building strong client relationships, and upholding the brand's image.

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Engagement:

Greet and welcome customers with a warm and professional demeanor. Provide personalized service by understanding customer needs and offering expert product advice. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

Sales Performance:

Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by actively engaging customers and promoting products. Upsell and cross-sell complementary products to enhance the customer's shopping experience. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all products, including features, benefits, and brand heritage.

Merchandising and Store Presentation:

Ensure that the store is impeccably presented, with displays that reflect the luxury brand's standards. Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and conducting regular stock counts. Participate in the planning and execution of in-store events and promotions.

Client Relationship Management:

Manage client databases and follow up with customers to encourage repeat visits and purchases. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner. Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate client records and track sales performance.

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve overall store objectives. Share product knowledge and sales techniques with colleagues to foster a learning environment. Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Reporting:

Prepare and submit daily sales reports and other required documentation to the store manager. Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to help improve product offerings and store strategies.

Qualifications:



Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the luxury retail sector. Strong understanding of luxury retail and customer service principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail. Proficient in the use of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required.

Preferred Qualifications:



Prior experience in a luxury brand or high-end retail environment. Certification or diploma in sales, marketing, or related field. Multilingual abilities are a plus, particularly in languages spoken by the target clientele.

Working Conditions:



This role requires standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of merchandise. The position may involve occasional travel for training or brand-related events.
