Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Sales Executive

to drive showroom and field sales for SMV ArtFact's premium wooden furniture collection. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-value retail sales, excellent customer engagement skills, and deep product knowledge to convert leads into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly/quarterly

sales targets

for our wooden furniture range (residential & commercial) Provide

consultative selling

by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate furniture solutions Manage end-to-end sales process:

showroom presentations, home visits, quotations, and order closure

Build strong client relationships through

follow-ups, after-sales service, and referrals

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM/system Stay updated on product features, wood types, finishes, and industry trends Coordinate with design/production teams for

custom furniture requirements

Requirements:

2+ years experience

in furniture/home decor/luxury retail sales (mandatory) Proven ability to sell

high-ticket items

(?50,000+ transactions) Excellent communication/presentation skills - can explain

wood types, finishes, and durability

Tech-savvy (WhatsApp sales, CRM tools, measurement apps) Self-motivated with

hunter mentality

to identify/convert leads Two-wheeler license preferred for client visits
