Job Responsibilities:



Utilize lead generation tools like

Apollo.io, Hunter.io, Snov.io, LinkedIn Navigator

, and other platforms to identify and research potential leads. Build and maintain an organized database of leads using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive). Conduct outbound email marketing campaigns to engage prospects. Develop personalized and strategic outreach strategies based on customer profiles. Qualify leads based on company-defined criteria and pass them to the sales team for follow-up. Track and report key metrics such as open rates, response rates, conversion rates, and lead status. Continuously test and optimize email sequences, templates, and lead lists for better performance. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation tactics and campaigns. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and best practices in lead generation.

Required Skills and Experience:



Proven experience in

B2B lead generation, sales development, or email marketing

roles. Hands-on experience using

Apollo.io, Hunter.io, Snov.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator

, or similar lead generation platforms. Strong proficiency in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailshake, Lemlist, Outreach, etc.). Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong attention to detail and organization skills. Data-driven mindset - ability to analyze metrics and optimize strategies. Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:



Previous experience in a

startup environment

. Knowledge of sales automation tools and lead enrichment practices. Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
