Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Executives for our Gurugram office. This
role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to start their career in sales, business development, and
customer engagement within the EdTech industry.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents about SkillSnap Learning programs and courses
Generate leads through calls, follow-ups, and walk-in inquiries
Convert leads into admissions by understanding customer needs
Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions
Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for smooth onboarding
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation in any discipline (BBA, BCA, B.Com, BA, or equivalent preferred)
Freshers are welcome (college placements encouraged)
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools is an added advantage
Salary & CTC Structure
Fixed Salary: ?15,000 - ?25,000 per month (based on skills and interview performance)
Incentives: Performance-based incentives up to ?45,000+ per month
Total Earning Potential: Fixed salary + high, uncapped incentives
