Achieve individual and store sales targets as set by management.
Maintain product knowledge to explain features, benefits, and pricing.
Handle billing, payments, and ensure accurate cash handling at the POS.
Replenish stock, organize merchandise, and maintain visual displays.
Ensure store cleanliness, orderliness, and adherence to brand standards.
Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.
Support promotional activities, in-store campaigns, and new product launches.
Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
