Role: Sales Executive
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Experience: 1 - 5 years (Real Estate Industry Preferred)
Salary: 3 LPA & Above
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients through various channels (calls, meetings, site visits, referrals, and digital leads).
Stay updated with current market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure and customer satisfaction.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable residential/commercial projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-5 years of experience in real estate sales
(residential/commercial).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent client handling and presentation abilities.
Knowledge of Gurugram real estate market will be an added advantage
