Key Responsibilities:
Promote property sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
Identify and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Present properties to potential buyers and address any questions or concerns.
Negotiate prices and terms with buyers, sellers, and other agents.
Prepare and review sales contracts and agreements.
Maintain knowledge of current market conditions, trends, and property values.
Build and maintain a strong client database and follow up regularly.
Collaborate with marketing, legal, and other internal teams.
Ensure a seamless transaction experience for clients from initial inquiry to closing.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive, Agent, or similar role.
Strong understanding of real estate sales and property management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
