Key Tasks/Activities/Roles:
To increase the reach of cozmo to all prospective agent's base.
To increase the number of products & service line.
To co-ordinate with IT system team to customize our platform available with agents.
To Penetrate the market potential with newly developed in-house tool or platform of visa application.
Introducing DMC - Destination on Holiday business line.
Mapping awareness about the new products or services launched to available channels.
To add and get agents to onboard with cozmo on regular interval.
To create a tie up program with agent's association by giving corporate presentations, road shows to increase the awareness of product portfolio to agents.
Report preparation on visa products, DMC products.
Distributing and delegating the work volume or deliverables across team members.
Monitoring the holiday operation team members.
