Key Responsibilities:
Identify and visit potential dealers and distributors within the assigned territory.
Conduct field visits and product presentations to promote our range.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new channel partners.
Ensure timely communication and delivery of
dealer schemes and offers
.
Consistently achieve or exceed
monthly and quarterly sales targets
.
Effectively communicate the
Unique Selling Points (USPs)
of our products.
Provide timely
market insights
and
competitor updates
to management.
Maintain
accurate monthly sales data and reports
.
Ensure proper
product display and brand visibility
at retail counters.
Manage and collect
payments as per company policy
.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum Qualification:
12th Pass or Graduate
in any discipline.
Strong
communication and negotiation
skills.
Basic knowledge of sanitary products or a willingness to learn.
Must own a
two-wheeler
with a valid
driving license
.
Willingness to
travel extensively
across the assigned region.
