Job Description

Sales Follow-up through Field Visits:



Visit existing and potential customers to follow up on quotations, orders, and pending business.

Collect on-ground feedback and communicate effectively with internal teams to close deals.

Customer Visits for Orders & Relationship Building:



Conduct regular visits to maintain and strengthen customer relationships.

Understand customer needs and gather information to tailor services accordingly.

Ensure consistent interaction to build trust and long-term business.

Sample Collection & Delivery:



Collect yarn samples from customers for dyeing and deliver dyed samples as per schedule.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely preparation and delivery of samples.

Customer Relationship Management:



Maintain good rapport with all clients and act as a point of contact for resolving issues or inquiries.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective support and service.

Opportunity Mapping & Market Intelligence:



Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and through market visits.

Gather competitor and market insights and report to the management for strategic decisions.

Upselling & Cross-selling:



Recommend additional yarn dyeing services or product upgrades to customers based on their business profile.

Maximize customer value by promoting high-margin products and services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
