Key Responsibilities
Sales Executives drive revenue by identifying leads, building client relationships, and closing deals. Core duties include:
Prospecting new business through cold calls, emails, networking, and industry events.
Conducting product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to meet sales targets.
Maintaining customer databases, CRM records, and following up on leads and post-sales support
Reporting sales performance monthly and collaborating with teams for strategy.
Required Qualifications
Candidates need proven sales experience and strong communication skills. Typical requirements are:
Bachelor's degree in business, science, or related field; science background preferred for biotech.
1-3 years in sales, ideally B2B or life sciences, with track record of meeting targets.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools like Salesforce, and negotiation skills.
Preferred Skills
Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities for client pitches.
Market research savvy and ability to handle objections.
Willingness to travel for client meetings.
