- Identify and acquire new clients (doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers) for pathology lab services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve sales targets through field visits, meetings, and promotional activities.
- Promote diagnostic tests and lab services effectively in the assigned territory (West Delhi, Paschim Vihar & nearby areas).
- Generate leads and ensure proper follow-up to convert them into business.
- Maintain daily records of sales visits, client interactions, and revenue generated.
- Provide feedback from the field to management for business development.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales/marketing experience in a reputed pathology lab or diagnostics company.
- Graduate in any discipline (Life Sciences/Healthcare background preferred).
- Good knowledge of pathology tests and medical diagnostics services.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build client relationships.
- Should be able to speak Hindi and basic English.
- Willingness to travel within West Delhi (Paschim Vihar & nearby areas).
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to handle fieldwork independently.
