Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner. Provide expert knowledge about our jewellery collections, materials, and craftsmanship. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products to match their preferences and budget. Drive sales through personal engagement, upselling, and cross-selling techniques. Build and maintain lasting relationships with new and returning clients. Handle transactions accurately and process sales using POS systems. Ensure displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. Stay updated on product knowledge, current trends, and market competitors. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:



Previous retail or showroom sales experience, preferably in the luxury or jewellery sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for jewellery, fashion, and luxury customer service. Polished appearance with a warm, approachable demeanor. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in sales, fashion, or gemology is a plus.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
