Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Executive with experience in the co-operative sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling the organization's products and services--such as savings schemes, loan products, insurance, or dairy/agri-related offerings--while building strong relationships with members and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote co-operative society services like savings schemes, loans, fixed deposits, or co-op dairy/agri products.

Identify and approach potential customers/members through field visits, calls, and referrals.

Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility in a clear and convincing way.

Generate leads and convert them into active members or customers.

Maintain regular follow-ups and build long-term customer relationships.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Coordinate with the back-office and customer support teams for smooth onboarding.

Attend community meetings, fairs, and events to promote co-operative initiatives.

Keep updated with co-operative policies, products, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: [12th pass / Graduate in commerce, marketing, or related field].

Field sales experience, preferably in a co-operative society, NBFC, or rural banking environment.

Good knowledge of co-operative business models and customer expectations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge for data entry and CRM use.

Willingness to travel locally and work in field-based roles.

Preferred Skills:

Local market knowledge and strong community networking.

Experience with savings groups, SHGs, dairy unions, or rural outreach programs.

Knowledge of financial products (RD, FD, loans, insurance, etc.).

Ability to work independently and handle targets responsibly.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
