Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Executive

to manage and convert incoming B2B leads from

IndiaMART

and

TradeIndia

.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle incoming leads from

IndiaMART

and

TradeIndia

on a daily basis. Make prompt calls to prospects and understand their requirements. Share product information, pricing, and quotations as per customer needs. Coordinate with the operations or production team (if applicable) to check stock/availability/delivery timelines. Maintain lead tracking and follow-up using CRM tools or Excel. Convert leads into confirmed orders and meet monthly sales targets. Maintain professional communication via phone, email, and chat.

Key Skills Required:



Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to understand products and explain them effectively. Prior experience in handling B2B portals (IndiaMART, TradeIndia) is highly preferred. Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools. Self-motivated and target-driven approach.

Qualifications:



Graduate in any discipline (preferably in business, marketing, or commerce). Language Proficiency: Hindi & English (Regional languages are a plus).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
