Job Title: Sales Executive - Industrial Automation
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute aggressive sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets in designated accounts.
  • Implement and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Create account plans for key accounts and oversee their execution.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure optimal service delivery to clients.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new application solutions for driving sales growth.
  • Respond promptly to customer engagement needs and sales requests.
  • Design digitalization solutions and IIoT solutions based on customer requirements and OEM guidelines.
  • Prepare technical proposals, solution designs, BOQ, and pre-sales documents in accordance with customer needs and internal templates.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-4 years of sales experience in the Industrial Automation Industry or IIoT Sales, with a proven track record of handling customers in various verticals such as CPG, Oil & Gas, Solar, Chemicals, and Automotive.
  • Prior knowledge of Rockwell/Siemens make PLC/DCS/SCADA/VFD, associated automation products, and instrumentation/sensors is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel as needed
