Develop and execute aggressive sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets in designated accounts.
Implement and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans aligned with business objectives.
Create account plans for key accounts and oversee their execution.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure optimal service delivery to clients.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new application solutions for driving sales growth.
Respond promptly to customer engagement needs and sales requests.
Design digitalization solutions and IIoT solutions based on customer requirements and OEM guidelines.
Prepare technical proposals, solution designs, BOQ, and pre-sales documents in accordance with customer needs and internal templates.
Requirements
Minimum 2-4 years of sales experience in the Industrial Automation Industry or IIoT Sales, with a proven track record of handling customers in various verticals such as CPG, Oil & Gas, Solar, Chemicals, and Automotive.
Prior knowledge of Rockwell/Siemens make PLC/DCS/SCADA/VFD, associated automation products, and instrumentation/sensors is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Willingness to travel as needed
