We are looking for a proactive and organized

Sales Coordinator

to join our

remote team

from

Pudukottai, Tamil Nadu

. In this work-from-home role, you will assist the sales team, manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate between clients and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to sales inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and online platforms. Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the sales team. Prepare quotations and proposals; follow up with clients as required. Maintain customer databases and sales records accurately. Deliver excellent customer service and resolve queries professionally. Assist in preparing sales reports and monitoring performance metrics.

Requirements:

Prior experience in

sales coordination

or

administrative support

roles. Must have

strong English communication skills

, both spoken and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools. Good understanding of office administration tasks. Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently from home. Strong time management, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
