Job Summary: The Sales Co-ordinator will support the sales team by handling client inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely order processing and delivery. The role requires strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills to maintain smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction: Attend customer inquiries promptly and professionally through calls, emails, or visits. Quotations & Orders: Prepare and send quotations, confirm purchase orders, and ensure accuracy in pricing and terms. Order Management: Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods. Follow-ups: Track order status and update customers on delivery timelines. Follow up with customers for payment collection and maintain payment records. Follow up with suppliers to ensure adherence to agreed timelines. Documentation: Maintain records of quotations, purchase orders, dispatches, and payments. Coordination: Work closely with the sales and accounts teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
