Core responsibilities:



Order processing:

Ensuring orders are correctly entered, tracked, and fulfilled on time.

Communication hub:

Acting as a bridge between the sales team, clients, and internal departments (like logistics and finance).

Lead management:

Assisting with lead generation, follow-ups, and maintaining the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

Sales reporting:

Preparing sales forecasts, performance reports, and tracking KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Customer service:

Addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth post-sales experience.

Skills required:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with sales software (e.g., Salesforce, Excel). Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and reporting.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
