We are looking for an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth operational processes. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage documentation and client interactions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily sales operations and support the sales team in achieving targets
Prepare and manage sales documents, agreements, and reports
Handle client inquiries and follow up on leads to ensure timely closure
Maintain and update customer databases, sales trackers, and MIS reports
Schedule and coordinate meetings, site visits, and client appointments
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations
Ensure proper record-keeping and documentation of sales activities
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing preferred)
2-4 years of experience in sales coordination or related role (Real estate experience is a plus)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
